About Us
|
3am Systems offers product development and support services
for the embedded, wireline and wireless ICT sectors.
Based on the island of Malta, the brand had its origins in the form of
initiatives to develop a streamlined board support package for a successful
line of payment terminals.
Soon after, 3am Systems launched its website.
Its online World Tone Database, highly sought after by VoIP, IP-PBX and wireline telephony
professionals, has helped secure worldwide brand recognition.
It was Brian Cauchi that came up with the name while working on tool chains
in the early hours; that fateful day was the 25th of June, 2002.
Five years on and with the arrival of like-minded business partner
Isay Goltman, the company was incorporated.
The founders have extensive international experience in biomedical
instrumentation, consumer electronics, industrial controls and the payment terminal
sector, and they have worked in R&D with product development teams in the Ukraine,
Europe, the United States and South America.
