Terms and Conditions
Priority support & maintenance
'Priority' means that we will endeavour to be available by
phone, email and messenger from 8am to 7pm CET all week, except Sundays.
'Support' refers to the provision of assistance with demonstrable problems
related to installing and running our products.
'Maintenance' refers to the provision of bug fixes, updates and upgrades.
A subscription is limited to a fixed number of major incidents per year.
One hour of priority support counts as one major incident.
Source code/data license
Products in source code/data form are licensed on a limited and non-exclusive basis.
'Limited' means that you may not redistribute or resell the source code/data.
'Non-exclusive' means that we retain all rights to reuse, modify and resell the code/data.
'Access' refers to current source code trees and/or databases.
Support includes assistance with integration of our code/data into your products.
Maintenance includes customisation of our code/data to your requirements.
Upgrade policy
Software version updates are made available free of charge.
License upgrades (more features/users) are billed taking into account prior purchase.
Warranty
Six months, covering replacement of defective hardware and software support & maintenance.
Freight, duty and taxes are not refundable.
