What is the 'Scripting support' feature?
This feature is provided for lab testing scenarios where ad-hoc tones need to be
generated from a script. An example application is comprehensive testing of a call
progress tone detector to verify operation with non-ideal frequencies and/or timings.
What is the 'ToneSet export' feature?
This feature is provided for lab testing scenarios when a set of tones needs to
be generated. This option provides an alternative to licensing the World Tone Database
in 'raw data' format. An example application is testing Dial Tone immunity of a
DTMF decoder. Using CPT-Master, the set of unique dial tones for all countries can
be exported in linear, A-law or u-law PCM, and used for testing.

For customised functionality, the base edition is 'Corporate 5-user'.
A guideline for customisation work is $50 per hour.
Can we license the World Tone Database in 'raw data' format?
We provide five levels of licenses for source code/data products:
Workstation license - when used by a single user in a small enterprise.
Site license - when installed on multiple machines and/or used by multiple users at a single site.
Enterprise license - when installed on multiple machines and/or used by multiple users in multiple sites of the same company or group.
Redistribution license - when the data is incorporated into an end-product.
OEM redistribution license - when the data is incorporated into a redistributable BSP or SDK that is supplied to end-customers.

Terms and Conditions
Priority support & maintenance
'Priority' means that we will endeavour to be available by
phone, email and messenger from 8am to 7pm CET all week, except Sundays.
'Support' refers to the provision of assistance with demonstrable problems
related to installing and running our products.
'Maintenance' refers to the provision of bug fixes, updates and upgrades.
A subscription is limited to a fixed number of major incidents per year.
One hour of priority support counts as one major incident.
Upgrade policy
Where applicable, license upgrades will only incur the balance payable
plus a nominal handling fee.
