Who are we?

Based on the island of Malta, 3am Systems is an innovative technology company performing niche product development activities. With core expertise in engineering and computing, we provide various hardware and software tools as well as online services to our customers worldwide.

Our origins came about from initiatives to develop a streamlined board support package for a successful line of payment terminals. We then went on to launch our website and to publish the World Tone Database, a resource highly sought after by VoIP, IP-PBX and wireline telephony professionals, and this helped us secure worldwide brand recognition.

The name came up while working on tool chains in the early hours; that fateful day was the 25th of June, 2002. Five years on, with the arrival of like-minded business partners, the company was incorporated.

Our staff has extensive international experience in various sectors, having worked with diverse product development teams in Europe, Latin America and the United States.
