- If there is no basis for eligibility, regular pricing applies.
- Renewals do not qualify as additional user licenses.
- For temporary overprovision: €100 per key, up to a limit equal to the number of licenses purchased.
- For upgrading a system: €25 per key, if a link between old and new system can be determined.
- For customers with a partially allocated license pool, no fee applies.
